2. General information collected when visiting the website
When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically records information of a general nature. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address, the page previously visited (referrer URL) and similar data. Processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in the secure operation of the website.
3. Contact form
If you send us a message via the contact form or by email, your details are stored in order to process your enquiry and to handle any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, or your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
4. Applications
Applications you send us by email or through the application form are used solely to process your application. If an application is unsuccessful, the data is deleted no later than six months after the application procedure has concluded, unless you have expressly consented to it being stored for longer.
5. Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. If you change the language using the switcher in the header, we store your choice in a strictly necessary cookie (encon-locale, valid for one year) so that your next visit to the homepage opens in your language. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; no consent is required for this. Should non-essential cookies be used in future, we will obtain your consent via a cookie banner.
6. Fonts
We use the Inter and Fraunces typefaces. These are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google servers is established.
7. Map (OpenStreetMap)
On the contact page we display a map provided by OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, data is transmitted to OpenStreetMap in order to deliver the map tiles.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please send requests to the email address given below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

This privacy policy was last revised in the course of consolidating the website. We reserve the right to adapt it to changes in the law or to new features.
