For more than 25 years, ENCON has been planning, building and developing residential property in Berlin and Brandenburg. We are small enough to stay personal and large enough to deliver demanding projects turnkey.
ENCON was founded by a family that sees housing as a long-term responsibility. We plan houses we would live in ourselves — with timeless architecture, high-quality materials and workmanship that will still hold up in twenty years.
As a registered craft business of the Handwerkskammer Berlin, the city's chamber of skilled crafts, we coordinate every trade ourselves. That keeps decisions short, responsibility clear and quality at a level we control directly.
Every project centres on the future resident — not on the returns of an anonymous investor. That attitude produces homes families are glad to buy or rent, and that hold their value across generations.
