Site Manager (all genders)

You take independent charge of demanding renovation and new-build projects across greater Berlin – from detailed design through to the handover of the keys.

About the role

As a site manager at ENCON you are the central link between client, architect, authorities and subcontractors. You run several projects in parallel, keep costs, deadlines and quality in view, and make sure plans turn into homes we can all be proud of.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of renovation and new-build projects
Coordination of all trades and subcontractors on site
Schedule, cost and quality control throughout the construction phase
Handovers, defect management and documentation
Acting as direct contact for clients and internal project management

Your profile

A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification
Several years of site-management experience in residential construction
Confident command of VOB, HOAI and the relevant German construction standards
German at negotiation level, written and spoken
Category B driving licence
