Property Manager (all genders)

You manage our growing residential portfolio commercially and technically, and are the first point of contact for tenants and owners.

About the role

In our newly established Renting & Property Management area you shape how our own portfolio is administered and look after condominium (WEG) mandates. You keep track of contracts, statements, maintenance and tenant communication, working closely with site management.

Your responsibilities

Commercial management of residential property (tenancy agreements, service-charge statements, dunning)
Technical care including maintenance planning and instructing contractors
Tenant search, credit checks and handovers
Preparing and running owners' meetings (WEG)
Preparing budgets and annual service-charge statements

Your profile

Training as an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (qualified property management clerk) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in residential and/or condominium management
Confident use of common management software (e.g. iX-Haus, DOMUS)
Knowledge of German tenancy law and condominium law
Strong organisational skills and a friendly manner with tenants
