Project Developer (all genders)

You identify sites with potential, develop viable concepts and guide residential projects in Berlin and Brandenburg from the first idea through to marketing.

About the role

As a project developer at ENCON you actively shape our portfolio. You analyse sites, assess viability and buildability, steer external architects and consultants, and take projects through every permitting and delivery phase.

Your responsibilities

Sourcing and appraising sites in Berlin and Brandenburg
Preparing feasibility studies and viability calculations
Designing residential projects together with architects
Steering permitting procedures and communication with the authorities
Guiding projects through to successful marketing

Your profile

A degree in real estate, civil engineering, architecture or business administration
At least 3 years of experience developing residential property
Excellent knowledge of the Berlin / Brandenburg market
Confident handling of viability models and German building law
Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiating skill
